On the nose, toasted and spicy aromas like vanilla. On the palate, it is round, long, and persistent; complex and elegant. Fresh with a fine bouquet. The terroir of the "Montañas d´Ordal" subzone is characterized by clayey, permeable soils that rest on a calcareous base and have low organic content.
