Traditional Red Vermouth made from Pedro Ximénez wine, obtained through natural sun-drying on esparto mats, to which albillo and muscatel wine will be added later. To make a good vermouth, the first thing to do is to use a good wine. We use Albillo real grape wine, a very aromatic grape native to Spain.
