Traditional Red Vermouth made from Pedro Ximénez wine, obtained through natural sun-drying on esparto mats, to which albillo and muscatel wine will be added later. Macerated for 15 days with a balanced selection of botanicals, where forest fruits typical of our area such as arbutus, juniper... various aromatic plants like coriander, cinnamon, vanilla... and roots like gentian and iris predominate, then aged for three months in oak barrels.
