RED WINE CARMELO RODERO 9 MONTHS
The Red Wine Carmelo Rodero 9 months is made with 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo) and belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. It comes from vineyards with an age between 5 and 20 years. Classic elaboration with destemmed and semi-crushed grapes. Temperature control during fermentation and maceration. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20-22ºC.
Aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels. A minimum of three months in the bottle before commercialization.
It has an alcohol content of 14.5%.
Serve at a temperature between 14-16ºC.
