Red wine D.O. Toro made from 100% Tinta de Toro grape variety (Tempranillo adaptation to the area), 6-7 months of maturation in French and American oak barrels. Vineyards 60 years old.
This wine is the result of a pampered elaboration of grapes from our old goblet-grown vineyards.
Our wine, LIBERALIA TRES, undergoes a 6-7 month maturation process in Bordeaux barrels that reaffirms its personality. Thus we get: A clean, vivid and bright intense cherry color, with a multitude of blue, indigo, red, violet, purple and crimson hues that from the first moment brighten up the glass.
The nose is clean, fine and distinguished. On a subtle background of wood (vanilla, cinnamon and toasted) stands out an important weight of fruit, with manifestations of blackberry, blackberry, raspberry and a light touch of licorice, very broad and very powerful.
The mouth is soft and long, broad in flavors and sensations, tasty, very balanced in acidity and with a tannic touch that gives consistency.
