RED WINE PSI The red wine PSI is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes by the Dominio de Pingus winery. It belongs to the Ribera del Duero D.O. Its winemaker is Peter Sissek.
The vineyards are located in the Burgos town of Roa, with a very low production which makes them highly sought after wines.
This wine has been aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Serve this wine at a temperature of 16º, before serving it is recommended to decant it approximately 30 minutes before opening.
