The Karmage SANT ANDREU is a vegan pumpkin cheese, semi-cured vegetable, artisanal, fermented and organic. Gluten-free, raw and healthy. Source of high quality proteins, healthy fats, omega 3, 6 and 9, probiotics derived from fermentation, tryptophan vitamin B1 and minerals such as copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus and selenium.
This semi-cured cheese includes poppy seeds among its ingredients. Being rich in fiber, their consumption helps prevent constipation and regulate intestinal transit. The zinc, selenium and essential fatty acids provided by poppy seeds help regulate and strengthen our body's defenses. Additionally, its calcium and phosphorus remineralize our bones, and the contribution of magnesium and potassium prevents cramps and muscle pain. The iron content, combined with vitamin C, makes poppy seeds a good aid in recovering from iron-deficient anemias.

Take your Semi-cured out of the packaging and store it inside your refrigerator in a container, dish, plate or in its cardboard box. It is recommended to store it without covering it (open box) so that it can "breathe" and continue its curing process. This way, its flavor will be enhanced over time and it will become drier and drier.
Furthermore, to release its aromas, we recommend taking it out of the fridge 5 minutes before enjoying it.
