The vegan semi-cured cheese with Provencal herbs from VEGGIE KARMA is a semi-cured, artisanal, fermented, and organic vegetable cheese. Gluten-free, raw, and healthy. It is a source of high-quality proteins, healthy fats, omega 3, 6, and 9, probiotics derived from fermentation, tryptophan, vitamin B1, and minerals such as copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, and selenium.
Additionally, it contains Provencal herbs among its ingredients, which stand out for their high content of fiber, calcium, and vitamin C. The benefits that can be attributed to Provencal herbs are those of each of the plants that make them up. Take your Semi-cured out of the package and keep it inside your fridge in a Tupperware, container, plate, or in its cardboard box. It is recommended to store it uncovered (open box) so that it can "breathe" and continue its curing process. This way, its flavor will be enhanced over time and it will become drier and drier.
Also, to release its aromas, we recommend taking it out of the fridge 5 minutes before tasting.
