Our pickled mussels come from the best located rafts in the famous Arosa estuary. Once selected, fried in olive oil and lovingly hand-packed, one by one, they are covered with our pickling sauce made from natural ingredients such as paprika, black pepper, cloves, and bay leaf. This exquisite product has Protected Designation of Origin Mexillón de Galicia. These mussels provide you with a pickled flavor with vinegary notes.

Their pickled mussels come from the best located floating platforms in the famous Ría de Arosa.

Once carefully selected and hand-packed, they are covered with their pickling marinade made with natural ingredients such as olive oil, paprika, wine vinegar, black pepper, cloves, and bay leaf.
