Mode of preparation:
1. We recommend opening the package of torreznos at least 20/30 minutes before cooking, keeping them at room temperature.
2. In a frying pan with plenty of extra virgin olive oil very hot (180º) fry the strips of torreznos whole or cut into portions to taste until they swell slightly for 3 or 4 minutes.
3. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
4. Serve hot, warm or cold to taste with legumes, wine, beer, cheese, eggs, potatoes... or even on their own.
