Red Vermouth made in the heart of Jerez with the best Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines, with a blend of 27 botanicals and macerated for months in our Oloroso butts. It has a smooth start and a markedly bitter profile, where orange peel, cinnamon and absinthe stand out.

Ageing: 8 years in barrels.
Type of aging: Grapes pressed and fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak barrels for a long period. Afterwards, the wine is infused with different natural botanicals including absinthe, lemon and orange peel, or clove.
