Palate: complex and coating.

The Distillerie du Périgord comes from the Distillerie Lapouge founded in 1860 by Emile Lapouge.
Reputed for the quality of its fruit brandies, the distillery develops from the 80s in the treatment of fruit with alcohol. The distillery acquires its letters of nobility through a gastronomic knowledge, a renowned terroir, the competence of passionate men, the search for raw materials of very good gustatory quality and the mastery of maceration and distillation processes.
