White vermouth Lustau is made from a fine and a Moscatel, which has subsequently been macerated with herbs such as gentian, chamomile, marjoram and wormwood. It is a citric, floral and herbaceous vermouth, with a pleasant initial sweetness, which ends with a bitter and dry touch, with notes of yeast and hints of fino de Jerez
