The Gramona Vi de Glass Gewurztraminer wine is made with a new prototype powered by two freezing chambers working at -15ºC with the help of liquid nitrogen. This improves the freezing of the grapes, achieving more speed and homogeneity in the process. The must remains fermenting in the stainless steel tank for 2 and a half months. This fermentation takes longer than usual, due to the high concentration of sugars. The result is very concentrated fruity wines, sweet and refreshing at the same time.
It has an alcohol content of 9.5%. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 7°C and 9°C.
