CAMPAGNOISE Whole Goose Foie Gras is composed of whole lobes of extra goose foie gras, specially selected for its superior quality (very little fat). It is carefully de-veined and de-veined by hand, then cooked in its jar.
To preserve all its sweet and subtle flavor, we cook our goose foie gras whole according to the traditional recipe of our grandmothers.
A historic dish, simply seasoned with salt and pepper. It thus retains its natural character, its melting texture and its unique flavor.

Tasting tips:
Open both sides of the box and push to remove the fresh foie gras. Cut with a wire 50 g per person and serve 20 minutes after removing from the refrigerator.
A soft white will go perfectly with all your goose foie gras: a Tariquet Première Grives or, for sweet wine lovers, a Jurançon. Serve with onion confit or fig or apricot chutney. Excellent on a slice of good toasted bread, walnut bread or gingerbread.
