Varieties: Syrah and Grenache.


Ageing: Three months in oak barrels (70% American, 30% French).


The wine has a deep and lively purple colour. It has an intense aromatic profile of ripe fruit such as blackberries, cherries and thyme. It tucks the palate with that fruit and a harmony of spices.
It is elegant and would be a fantastic wine to drink on its own or with ham, ripe cheeses or a roast lamb.
