Artisan hams and cured meats from the Sierra de Cazorla (Jaén).

Founded in 1980, Jamones el Chulo started with a small manual production.

In the 80s, their production grew and in 1990 they built their drying facility.

Currently, they continue to evolve and incorporate new products from the region of the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park.

Known for their quality and expertise, Jamones el Chulo is an expert in the production of hams and sausages.

Production began to grow during the 80s, culminating in the construction of the current drying facility in 1990.
