The Cinco Jotas shoulder is an exquisite product, and is part of the Mediterranean diet; it is made from pure Iberian pork fed exclusively on acorns. Made from a selection of the best purebred Iberian pigs raised freely in the meadows of the Iberian Peninsula. With a weight to choose and about 24 months of curing.
