Reineta Apple
The Reineta apple is a fruit with a sweet and sour taste, and a greenish-yellow skin with brown and reddish spots.

The Reineta apple has a white and slightly sandy flesh, with a sweet and sour taste, somewhat russeted, reminiscent of muscat.
It is an apple with slightly thicker skin and less water than other varieties, but with a firmer texture and very aromatic, which makes it an ideal fruit for roasting, making desserts and compotes.
It has a long lifespan and although the flesh tends to turn brown easily due to its high iron content, it does not usually spoil but rather its flavor tends to concentrate.
