One of the jewels of Spanish Iberian products, this 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Presa D.O. Extremadura, which is raised freely in the Extremadura pasture. It has a minimum curing period of 6 months. It is vacuum packed. Cured raw sausage, marinated and stuffed in artificial casing that has undergone a proper curing process.

Made in Spain Gourmet always offers the best of Spanish gastronomy.

From each pig weighing over 160 kg, two fresh units of approximately 625 grams each are obtained.

Once the curing and maturation process is finished, the unit weight ranges between 350 and 400 grams.

It has a high iron content that is reflected in its strong purple color, and its energy value is such that, when consumed, just a few slices can be felt the sensation of energy recovery.

Its organoleptic characteristics are unique, and for tasting, we recommend removing the vacuum bag, leaving the piece in a cool, dry place for 24 hours, and slicing it with a thickness close to 1.7 mm. In the pig's cutting, the Presa is located between the top of the shoulder and the loin.
