Pale golden colour. Floral notes on the nose (flowering tree, acacia, camomile) due to aging in 500-litre acacia barrels of first use. Aromas of citrus fruit (grapefruit, lemon). Fresh acidity, wrapped in a complex background of mineral aromas with notes of yeast, toasted butter and honey. In the mouth it shows a great balance between acidity, freshness and volume. Dry white wine of the Garnacha Blanca variety fermented with its lees in first-use acacia barrels for 8 months, with light stirring every week for a period of 30 days. In order to respect its quality, it has not been subjected to any kind of physical treatment so it can give rise to slight precipitations. After stabilization and bottling, it rests in a temperature-controlled chamber for a minimum period of 6 months. The time spent in bottle will give it an evolution difficult to find
