The turkey weighs approximately 3.75 kilos but you don't need to buy it whole. We send it split into vacuum-packed and pasteurized pieces so that you can consume it little by little. You can buy only what you need. Pieces of 420 gr, 600 gr or 1 kilo. Whatever you like and whenever you like. We do it all year round, not only at Christmas.

To keep it better when you have opened it, in the fridge, wrap it in cling film tightly and with minimum contact with the air so it does not oxidize. Consume it in that week.
It is not necessary to heat it. It is eaten cold so once opened, we make slices and put it on a tray. The slices should be about half a centimeter thick

The tray with the sliced turkey can be decorated with egg yarn. That's the typical presentation but you can invent another one
Egg yolk is the best option
Egg yolk introduced in a pot of hot syrup by pouring it in strands and taking them out when they are set. Combined with truffled turkey: spectacular.
