Our Oro series meets all the conditions for the anchovy you are going to eat to be of the highest quality, anchovy from the Cantabrian bocarte, individually selected and prepared, and packaged in an easy-open can with two layers of anchovies separated by wax paper so you can serve your anchovies at any time and place. Our raw material, Engraulis encrasicolus, currently arrives at our facilities in Santoña fresh, and after a maturation process in a salty environment and a hand cleaning and preparation, we obtain our anchovy fillets to which we only add salt and olive oil. With these simple but very well-worked steps, we achieve anchovies full of flavor, perfect to enjoy on any occasion. They are a source of iron, potassium, calcium, and vitamins A and B.
