Round beef is an ideal piece for roasts and braised dishes. It is characterized by having a thin layer of fat that gives a very distinctive flavor to the meat when it goes through the oven.
We select the best pieces of Galician cows to achieve the best results in our kitchen.
It comes vaccuum packed. You can choose from 1kg to the whole piece (about 3kgs).
Beef steaks obtained from pieces with very low fat content. Therefore, they are ideal for helping you maintain your figure while providing a large amount of protein.
We give you the option to choose between thin or regular presentation. If you want to cook them on the grill quickly, the ideal option would be 'thin'.
This is a fresh product, cut by hand. It does not contain allergens or any type of seasoning, only beef. They are vacuum packed in pairs.
It is, by definition, the simplest product to cook that we know of, but that doesn't mean it's always done right:
- Heat the pan/grill on high heat.
- Add a drizzle of oil.
- When the oil is hot (smoking), place the steak in the pan.
- As soon as you see that the color has changed, flip it over and add the desired amount of salt.
Easy, right? They are a family favorite!
We recommend keeping it between 1º and 5ºC
Best before: 10 days
Tip: it is ideal to take it out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking so that the meat comes to room temperature. This way, no matter how little you cook it, the central part of the piece will never be cold.
If you are not going to consume it, you can freeze it without any problem.
