These are the classic steaks or as they are commonly called 'steaks', but on the good side, super tender so they melt in your mouth.

They come vacuum-packed of every two units. If you want it packaged in other quantities, leave us a comment in the order. Each fillet is about 125-150 grams approximately, of thin thickness, ideal for a breaded fillet. You can choose between half a kilogram or 1 kilogram of product

Cooking Tips

-Place the frying pan / griddle on high heat.

-Add a drizzle of oil.

-When the oil is hot ( it's smoking), place the steak in the pan.

-As soon as you see that it changes color, turn it over and then add the desired salt

Preserving veal steak

We recommend keeping it between 1º and 5ºC
Preferred consumption: within 10 days
Tip: ideally, take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before to allow the meat to temper. This way, no matter how little you cook it, the central part of the piece will never be cold.
