Buy veal steaks
Steaks from the soft bladea, the part par excellence for the same. From it you get very tender and juicy fillets.
These are pieces and with very low percentage of fat, with which, the fillet is an excellent source of protein and a low contribution of fat, so they are ideal for trying to better maintain your line and a healthy diet.
Presentation
We give you the option to choose presentation, thin or normal. If you want to grill it round and round, the ideal would be the 'thin' option.
This is a fresh product, cut by hand. It does not contain allergens or any type of seasoning, only veal. They are presented vacuum-packed every two pieces
Cooking Tips
It is, by far, the easiest product to cook we know, but that doesn't mean it's always done well:
-Place the frying pan / griddle on high heat.
-Add a drizzle of oil.
-When the oil is hot ( it's smoking), place the steak in the pan.
-As soon as you see that it changes color, turn it over and then add the desired salt
Easy, isn't it? They are the delight of the youngest!!! ( and the not so young)
Preserving veal steak
We recommend keeping it between 1º and 5ºC
Preferred consumption: within 10 days
Tip: ideally, take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before to allow the meat to temper. This way, no matter how little you cook it, the central part of the piece will never be cold.
