Our minced mixed beef and pork contains no preservatives or additives. It comes in packages of 500 grams, so you can use it as a portion or freeze the whole bag for a few days
To make our minced meat we use lean pieces with very low fat content. We debone and chop these pieces by hand. Then we put it through the mincing machine a couple of times so that it is well shredded. Then we pack it in packages of 500 grams. This way we guarantee the original flavour and juiciness
Minced meat is the best option to make a good bolognese. You can also make tasty meatballs, hamburgers, steaks, meatloaf or as a condiment for some kind of pasta, as it will be very juicy
We recommend keeping minced meat between 1º and 5ºC
Preferential consumption: before 2 days (this is a short time because it contains no preservatives)
A good idea is to take the mince out of the fridge 15 minutes beforehand so that it is tempered and not cold inside if cooked rare.
You can freeze this product without any problem for 3 months
