The entrecote is a piece obtained from the low loin of veal WITHOUT bone. Little has to say about this piece that is one of the most requested in kitchens throughout the national geography.
We send you 3 units of entrecote with a medium thickness. Each piece weighs approx, 400 grams, so the total weight will be approximately 1.2 kg, remember that they are cut by hand
Veal entrecote is the classic cut of meat you always get right. A very tender and juicy piece of meat. It is a piece that defines itself on the plate.
The veal entrecote will arrive vacuum-packed every two units, so it will be more convenient for you to go consuming it
Preparation. Grilled or grilled, if you grill it, make sure it is very hot before. Ideally, season with salt and pepper and that's it. The salt, as always, we recommend that it is in flakes.
