Who doesn't always fancy a juicy veal cutlet with some fries?
We send you the veal chops of approximately 600 grams in total. Remember that our cuts are manual, so the weights are approximate. We give you several options of cut:

The chops will arrive vacuum-packed, in two pieces cut as you indicate in the presentation option. Our recommendation is always the thicker piece, so that it has more flavor
Grilled or grilled, if you grill it, make sure it is very hot before. The ideal is to season with salt and pepper and that's it. The salt, as always, we recommend that it is laminated, as we offer in our section.
A good accompaniment to the cutlet are always salads or fries.
