Pasta and Anchovy Salad (preparation time 15 minutes):
• Ingredients: Pasta, Cantabrian Gold Series Anchovies from the Menu, tomato jam, mozzarella, oil, and parsley.
• Preparation: Boil the pasta and grate the mozzarella. Place the pasta on the base of the plate, the rolled anchovy on top, and the jam inside. Add the mozzarella on the sides and finish with the parsley oil.
