Mark: Artemonte
Weight: 100gr.
Introducing this sliced thyme-flavored deer jerky; one of the most appreciated and healthy "wild meats".
This exquisite gourmet sausage has been made in an artisanal way with refined natural spices and following the traditional recipes of Sierra Morena. Additionally, this deer jerky comes from wild animals, raised in freedom, and with a natural diet free of chemicals.
Deer meat is very lean and low in calories, fats, and cholesterol.
Among the benefits of deer jerky is its significant mineral content such as: calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, and, especially, iron, with high bioavailability. In this sense, 100g of sausage would practically cover the recommended intake of this mineral for a young adult man.
This thyme-flavored deer jerky is vacuum packed (to preserve its conservation) and in an elegant case, making it ideal for gifting.
