Shredded cod coated in flour and fried in extra virgin olive oil. Served with a tomato sauce made with fresh vegetables and Martinete fried tomato.
INGREDIENTS: Shredded cod, onion, garlic, green pepper, red pepper, tomato sauce (Tomato, sunflower oil, sugar, potato starch, salt, onion, and garlic), WHEAT FLOUR, olive oil, salt, pepper, WHITE WINE.
This dish may contain other allergens as, for the time being, all dishes are handmade in the same workshop.
Instructions:
- Keep refrigerated between 2º and 4ºC.
- Consume before the expiration date indicated on the packaging. Once opened, consume within the next 24h.
- To heat, follow the instructions on each container. Some of our dishes do not require heating. For those that do: pierce the top plastic, heat in the microwave for the time indicated on each container, and enjoy!
