MODE OF EMPLOYMENT
1. Chop or fillet as desired 500g of chicken breasts or other meat or fish and preheat the oven to 220ºC.

2. Beat an egg.

3. Deposit the contents of the packet on a plate.

4. Dip the portions of meat or fish in the beaten egg and batter them by pressing with your hands until they are completely coated.

5. Place the battered pieces on the wire rack tray and place in the hot oven for 10 -12 minutes.
