The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is a traditionally made oil. Obtained from olives from the southern countryside region of Monturque and Montilla, grown traditionally and through a process of first cold extraction. With an acidity level lower than 0.2%, which gives it a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which provide great health benefits.
You can use it for cooking and frying, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
