100% organic extra virgin olive oil from arbequina olives, exclusively made from olives from our producer's own estate and cold extracted in their mill, located in the center of the plantation, guaranteeing maximum freshness and quality. Currently, they have a certified organic area and the rest of the hectares are in the last year of certification.

For the production of each liter of oil, 8 kg of selected olives have been used, resulting in a high fruity-flavored extra virgin olive oil with a well-balanced spicy-bitter taste.
