Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Arbequina BIO, made in Fontellas, Navarra, exclusively with olives from its own estate, cold extracted in its Almazara located in the center of the plantation, guaranteeing maximum freshness and quality.
For the production of this extra virgin olive oil, 6 kg of selected olives have been used for each liter of oil, resulting in a mild and slightly fruity extra virgin olive oil, with herbal aromas. Very creamy, with a spicy touch and a medium degree of sweetness.
We are facing amedium intensity and very versatile EVOO. It is ideal for dressings, salads, and all kinds of frying and stews.
