Surrounded by a protected forest mass, which includes aromatic plants such as thyme, savory, and rosemary, our wild olive trees develop wildly in perfect acclimatization to the mountainous environment of the Sierra Mágina Natural Park, where they grow.
The cold extraction (20ºC) of the small amount of wild olive oil obtained offers us a unique oil, with great subtlety and organoleptic harmony, and with outstanding gastronomic, nutritional, and dermatological qualities, due to its high content of squalene.
Dominus Acebuche is made from hand-picked fruits from wild acebuches that grow at an altitude of 600 meters on the slopes of Cortijo Virgen de los Milagros, in the foothills of Sierra Mágina Natural Park.
Surrounded by a protected forest area, which includes aromatic plants such as thyme, savory, and rosemary, our wild acebuches grow spontaneously and develop naturally, perfectly acclimated to the mountain environment.
The fruit collection is necessarily done by hand, using the careful milking system. The immediate cold extraction of the harvested fruits provides us with approximately 950 liters of high-quality acebuchina oil in each harvest, with a very high content of natural antioxidants.
