The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is a traditionally made oil. Obtained from olives from the region of the southern countryside of Monturque and Montilla in Cordoba, grown traditionally and through a cold first extraction process. With an acidity level of less than 0.2%, which gives it a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits.
You can use it in stews, frying, or raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
