Pedro, founder of Finca La Rosala and passionate since he was a child about "panchitos", the name given to peanuts in his region, began to roast all kinds of nuts in the oven of his house following the ancient tradition of his neighbour.

Little by little, he was adding innovative ingredients and his fame expanded until they became what they are today
