ANALYSIS PER 100 gr: Energy value (kJ) 145 kJ Energy value (kcal) 35 kcal Fats 0.5 g of which 0.1 g Carbohydrates 2.8 g of which 1.6 g Dietary fiber 2.8 g Proteins 3.3 g Salt 0.02 g INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: There are three ways to prepare broccoli: in a regular pot, in a pressure cooker, and in the microwave: Cook before consuming. In pot: 4 min 1. Boil approximately 1L of water. 2. Add the broccoli without thawing. 3. When it boils again, cook for 4 minutes. In pressure cooker: 1 min 1. Add the broccoli without thawing to the pot and cover with approximately 1L of water. 2. Once the valve starts spinning vigorously, cook for 1 minute. 3. Remove from heat, remove the valve and wait until all the steam comes out. In microwave: 10 min 1. Add the broccoli without thawing in a microwave-safe container. 2.
