The classic Bouche, named in honor of the variety of hops with which it was made. This kombucha has pronounced herbal tones of hops and grass that are reminiscent of a good craft beer. In combination with strong notes of fruit and citrus, the result is a rounded freshness with a full body and balanced acidity. Accentuated with elderflower and moderate sweetness.
