Duck foie gras mi-cuit, made exclusively with whole Mulard duck liver. Our mi-cuit is a duck foie gras deveined and seasoned with salt and spices, which has subsequently undergone a gentle cooking process inside its packaging. The piece retains all its fat, which guarantees that it maintains all its flavor and quality. It has a soft texture and a fine and delicate flavor. A product free of milk, lactose, gluten and egg, which guarantees the quality in the process of elaboration. The foie mi cuit is ideal when preparing canapés, or incorporate it in pieces in risottos or meat tartares. For its consumption we recommend that you remove it from its vacuum bag and leave it at room temperature at least five minutes before consumption.
