Mont d'or. PDO cow's cheese matured in spruce bark. Ideal for heating.
Mont d'Or has a marked woody aroma, its smell is intense while it is usually much more delicate in the mouth where it reveals a taste of fresh cream with a nice smoothness.
This one is one of the few Mont d'or to use French boar (the hoop).
