The Organic Kuzu Granules is a plant-based starch used to thicken soups and stews, in both sweet and savory sauces, glazes, desserts, and cake fillings. It is obtained from Pueraria Lobata, a plant widely used in traditional Chinese medicine, whose roots can grow up to two meters deep.
