Brilliant old gold color with amber highlights. Very clean and lively. Delicate and sharp, highlighting notes of dried fruit reminiscent of its biological stage. Very friendly in the mouth, noted for its roundness and smoothness. It is a very glyceric wine. With a very long finish, it has a bitter touch in the aftertaste that leaves a very clean palate
The Almacenistas are professionals or entrepreneurs who, for love of wine culture, make their own wines with artisanal procedures in their small wineries, almost always family. Lustau selects the most exceptional and bottles them as they are extracted from their original soleras. A tribute to these artisans of Sherry, as important as anonymous in the past
