Mejillons are handcrafted by experienced hands with care and delicacy. Coming from the Galician Rías Gallegas, the best pieces are selected in the cannery. The beards are carefully removed, cleaned and fried in olive oil.

They are then bathed in an artisan and natural marinade with vinegar and smoked paprika from La Vera. Thus achieving a select product of "limited edition" succulent and healthy. With a fine palate that preserves the sea flavor of fresh mussels and a delicate touch of paprika, slightly smoked and mild spicy taste at the end
