The white wine Pieles Doradas is a young wine from Valencia, made from Muscat, Merseguera, Malvasia and Macabeo grapes of the 2019 vintage and with 13º alcohol by volume.
The white wine Pieles Doradas is a young wine from the Denominación de Origen Valencia, made from clusters of Muscat, Merseguera, Malvasía and Macabeo grapes. These grapes come from small vineyards scattered at the foot of the mountains and on the slopes of the Parque Natural de las Hoces del río Cabriel, which after being harvested are fermented and matured half in used barrels, half in stainless steel.
All this makes this white wine aromatically intense and seductive, with notes of stone fruit and a creamy, spicy touch of vanilla. 13º alcohol by volume.
Nose:
Intense, attractive and seductive, highlighting ripe yellow stone fruit with a light creamy and spicy hint of vanilla contributed by subtle oak ageing.
Palate:
Dry, fresh and smooth white with a pleasant textured finish.
Food pairing:
It goes very well with all types of seafood, blue fish, white meats and complex and elaborate dishes with products such as mushrooms and truffles.
