The most common way to cook it is in steaks grilled or pan-fried, but you can also roast the piece
Our marinade is 100% natural. It is a special marinade from Manolo's GourMeat that is composed of salt, oregano, garlic and paprika
You can choose how you want us to prepare your fresh piece of tenderloin and the weight: As you can see in the photo, its best accompaniment are some delicious Padrón peppers if your option is to taste it grilled. If you are going to bake it in the oven, a good option is to roast it with some potatoes. The juice of the loin will give a special flavour to the roast.
Preferred consumption: before 15 days Tip: ideally, take it out of the fridge 30 minutes beforehand so that the meat is tempered. We recommend keeping it between 2 and 5ºPresentation and weight of the marinated loin
