Anchovy fillets from the Engraulis encrasicolus family, caught during spring on the coast of the Cantabrian Sea, from the well-known Spanish town where some of the best anchovies in the world are made, Santoña. Packed in olive oil, this tin contains 10 large fillets, very clean of bones, with a reddish-brown color, a balanced salt level, and a persistent and pleasant aftertaste. They are never identical from one year to another, although they maintain the typical flavor and saltiness of Santoña.
This product requires refrigerated transportation. Service only available in mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands.
