It is a very easy to spread cream and perfect to accompany breakfasts or snacks with our Regañás with Extra Virgin Olive Oil La Chinata, as well as for the preparation of fillings for cakes, crepes, panettones or cookies, as well as as as a base for a mousse. In the kitchen it is also widely used to combine with puff pastry and to make muffins, ice cream and bread.

Its texture is dense, so it can be mixed with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil to achieve a creamier texture or even with our EVOO Seasoning with Lemon, a highly recommended combination that pairs very well thanks to the citrus point that gives it a unique flavor.
