The most spectacular part of the meat, as it combines the tenderloin and the bottom sirloin in one piece. The T-Bone, one of our star products, is the classic steak from the lower part. The name T-Bone comes from its presentation, which is very similar to a 'T' due to the central bone. We always serve it WITH bone.

There is no doubt that the meat attached to the bone always ends up being the most flavorful.

Beef T-Bone is one of the most famous cuts of beef today. We offer the option for your piece to weigh 300 grams, 500 grams, 700 grams, or one kilogram. Our option is always thick meat, so it does not lose juiciness.
The T-Bone will arrive vacuum-sealed, cut into individual pieces.
Grilled or barbecued. The meat of the T-Bone is always very juicy. The tenderloin part is especially tender. Season with salt and pepper, cook on both sides, and it's ready. The ideal is to only give the piece of meat some 'temperature', without fully cooking it.
The T-Bone is a substantial piece of meat, so a good accompaniment is usually a varied salad.
We recommend keeping the meat between 1º and 5ºC. Best before: within 7 days. A good idea is to take the meat out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking so it can come to room temperature and not be cold inside if cooked rare. You can freeze this product without any problem for several months. Remember, you can only freeze it once.
