Casa la Abuela or the wonderful art of Iberian sausage.
Casa la Abuela is a small Extremaduran family business that has spent years making its own sausage from the livestock they have in the pasture . They trust in doing things as they were always done there, as their grandmother did: in an artisanal and homemade way using all natural ingredients.
All the sausage is Iberian , from the ham to the chorizo or the loin. They also have cheeses and other typical delicacies from Extremadura such as Pimentón de la Vera, a spice they use in some of their sausages.
